Do We Really Need Washed-Up Web2 Gurus Slinging AI Courses When They Truly Know Nothing About It?

You know the types. You've probably already seen the ads. The good old-fashioned get-rich-quick schemers who seemingly want to give you all this value so you too can get rich quickly just like them. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of taking online courses and I've paid a lot of money to these gurus in the past. Hell, I even sold my knowledge and expertise and still offer consulting for small businesses occasionally. However, those days are coming to an end. I'm not saying we don't need any more courses or mentors, I'm saying that we all have the ability to learn at our own pace and much faster with tools like ChatGPT.I'm a firm believer in free information and open source. We grow as a society by contributing as a society. Contribution can and will be rewarded with Web3 products and platforms that are in the early stages of development. So where do we put the shady, gurus? Hopefully to bed, for good. Now, I know a course can't replace true 1-1 mentorship. But very few people offer that level of help and if they do, it's well out of reach in terms of cost for most people. In today's prompt, I'm going to show you how to take an outline from any course, and turn it into actionable lessons. So you don't have to worry about taking some goofball $4,000 course on how to implement AI into your business when they themselves have a kindergarten-level understanding of what's actually going on.

November 2020 - The First Video I Watched That Explains the Power & Use Cases for GPT-3

I was watching a video the other day that irked me. It was in regard to how to use AI in your real estate investing business. They made a statement that "There are no AI experts" which made me chuckle. They then went on to explain how they are using ChatGPT in their business and how you can do the same. It was a ton of basic prompts. Nothing truly amazing. If you truly want to know what sparked my interest and why I went down this rabbit hole of information regarding AI back in 2020, you've gotta watch this video. Just remember, this was 2 years ago! With GPT-4 scheduled to release this year and having at least a trillion parameters, I am both excited and terrified of what it will be able to do.
